We do our best to provide you with outstanding quality work and service. However, if for some reason you are not satisfied with the quality of work from our service, please notify our office within 24 hours of your completed cleaning. All cleaning concerns need to be reported within 24 hours after your cleaning. Contact us by email to customerservice@deepcleanersofamerica.com, or you can call (877) 570-9991. We will schedule another complimentary cleaning to correct the problem. We do not offer refunds on service, but we will correct the cleaning issues that were included in your service.

 

Payments

Payments are due upon completion of work. Some work may require a partial or full down payment prior to the start of service. Our payment options are outlined below.

All major credit and debit cards are accepted. Payments are processed by our preferred merchant processor and will show on your statement as Faith Janitorial Corporation.
